Gluten Free Rosemary Crackers

We enjoyed making our spelt crackers so much we decided to make more crackers!

This time we’ve created a gluten free sourdough (yes, sourdough can be made with brown rice flour, among others) cracker made with fragrant rosemary.

They’re so good even those who are not restricted to gluten free products enjoy them as well!

Ingredients: Gluten free flour (organic brown rice flour, tapioca flour, sweet white rice flour, organic coconut flour, chia seeds), brown rice sourdough starter, egg whites, butter, pecorino romano cheese, dried rosemary, salt, chia seeds, extra-virgin olive oil. Net weight 4.5 ozs.(127 grs.)
